How to use Organize PDF
Organize PDF lets you pick, reorder, remove and rotate pages. Type the pages you want in the new order and PDFKivo builds a fresh document from them.
- Open a PDF file.
- Enter pages in the order you want, e.g. 3, 1-2, 5 — pages you leave out are removed.
- Optionally rotate the pages by 90°, 180° or 270°, then save the result.
Frequently asked questions
How do I delete a page?
Simply leave its number out of the page list. For a 5-page file, 1-2, 4-5 removes page 3.
Can I duplicate a page?
Yes. Listing a page twice, such as 1, 1, 2, copies it into the new file twice.
